PEMBROKESHIRE

2019 SAF Preliminary Checks

Rural Payments Wales will undertake initial checks on your submitted SAF to identify any differences between what you have declared and their mapping database and also to check if any of the land which you have declared has been declared by another claimant.

If they do come across any discrepancies during these checks they will issue a ‘Preliminary Checks Letter’, which will be added to your RPW Online account.

You will also receive a letter in the post advising you that you need to access your RPW Online account to review the Preliminary Checks letter by June 9 2019.

It is essential that you access your RPW Online account to read the letter and advise RPW of any changes that you may wish to make as you only have until June 19 2019 to do so. Any replies received after this date cannot be accepted and penalties may be applied.

If you require any assistance with checking and responding to the letter please get in touch with the county office, as soon as you receive notification.

RPW Correspondence and RPW Online

Rural Payments Wales now issue the majority of their correspondence to customers via RPW Online. It is therefore important that you check your RPW Online account when you receive a message from them either via, e-mail, text message or a recorded message on your landline, stating that there is something new on your account.

Please remember that we do not routinely check any members RPW Online accounts but we are happy to access your account on your behalf when you receive a message. All you need to do is give us a ring in the county office, on 01437 762913.

Please don’t ignore any messages as they could be about something really important with a deadline for responding!
